“If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! This was by far the best place I've ever stayed. I chose this house for a girls weekend for myself and a few friends. The house was gorgeous, clean, and comfortable. Our host, Art, has the home stocked with everything you could ever need (or forget at home). He responds quickly and is so friendly and accommodating! We loved the open layout of the downstairs so we could all chat and laugh no matter where we were. Even though we couldn't use the firepit……

“We stay at Chocorua Ski and Beach a few times a year. This is the first time we have stayed at this address. We were 3 couples and a dog. We found it to be roomy and welcoming. The house is located on a nice private lot. We also enjoyed sitting out by the fire. Definitely would recommend to a friend.”

“We were very happy with our stay. With it being October, we needed to adjust the heat which was a little confusing. But Sam was quick call and walk us through it. The home was clean and comfortable and the neighborhood was very nice. We were in town for a wedding so didnt spend much time in the house but did see how close a cute little private beach was and enjoyed quiet mornings on the porch!”
