“They don’t have no breakfast no coffee no snacks they don’t offer us towels. We have to pay for them and they don’t offer us new bedsheets. We have to wash them horrible horrible hotel I would not stay here and they run out of toilet paper every couple of days”

“The room was fair for what I needed it for. A last minute travel. Check in was easy and pleasant so was check out. It did smell of cigarettes when I walked in the room. I’m not a smoker so that kind of turned me off. The cord for the coffee pot was extremely short so I had to move it to the night stand to use it and I had to move the desk to plug the tv in. The hot water was AMAZING!!!! ”

“I stayed at this Hilton Garden Inn for my visit to Charlotte for the PGA Championship at Quail Hollow. I got my digital key before arriving, so checkin was easy. My room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very nice and welcoming. I had dinner there a couple times and had some nice conversations with some of the staff. I had a classic fish sandwich for dinner both nights. It was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel. ”

“The stay was overall very good. The suite was clean, same with the building was overall very clean. No complaints other than the fire alarm going off around 5 AM, which startled us from our sleep, as we were preparing to leave the room, we heard another guest tell everyone this was the second time in a row that it had happened during her stay. & That it wasn't a fire. It seemed to be a faulty line causing the alarm to go off. Besides that, we definitely would stay here again when we visit……

“We stayed for 2 weeks. Upon checking in our reserved room was not available. We had to stay in another room that was not the suite I reserved for the first night. We were moved the next day. We were not given the complimentary drink that is a part of being VIP Gold with hotels.com. Halfway through our stay my entry card stopped working and I got a bill indicating I had checked out. My husband’s entry key was still working. No one could tell me why it happened or why the bill was cut……

“Because the refrigerator cannot be used, contact the hotel and the room service will be replaced in time. The room is clean and the facilities are in good condition.”

“Room is dirty and run down. Chair in room should go out to the curb. Thankfully the price was low compared to others and the location is handy to hwy 77.”

“Latisha checked us in and she was wonderful!!! We had a very nice stay and Latisha also recommended a very nice restaurant and gave us clear directions on getting there. So helpful.”

“It's really abominable. The staff came to knock on the door at 10 in the morning and said to check the room. After a while, around 10:50, they told us to check out and said that we were smoking in the room and our child was in the room. How could it be in the room? Smoking, no extractor in the toilet, the whole room is damp and very uncomfortable!”

“It is pretty average for the price. The breakfast was so, so and the lobby furniture was a bit worn. We had a comfortable room, but it wasn't as clean as I would like. The sink part of the bathroom is very small. The staff was friendly, however, we noticed the front desk was vacant for long periods and we noticed guests standing at the desk for several minutes with no one coming to help. ”
