When I take a shower, the water pipe is blocked. I have to clean the dirt and hair in the water pipe myself. It could be the 4 stars hotel standard in 1990, but Totally 2 stars hotel standard in 2024. I have a frequent flyer over 80 nights per year. This hotel definitely needs to improve a lot to gain back the trust of clients. "
