“Very nice hotel. The location was great, plenty of restaurants in the area. The hotel receptionist was very nice. The room was clean and the made serviced during our 2 night stay. The breakfast was decent. Only minor issue was a shortage of pool towels and how the staff handled the situation. ”

“I liked the proximity to the hospital (reason for stay); but, I also didn't like the road access between hotel and hospital. One was required to get across an extremely busy highway to a turning lane. At the turning lane, the traffic caused excess waiting times. I think there is a possible "back way", but did not have time to check it out. Otherwise, enjoyable stay. Oh - no clock in the bedroom. ”

“The front desk staffs were very kind and helpful. We asked for a handicapped roll in bath but the room we didn't have the handles inside the show stall so we asked to be moved to a different room. A staff, Mitchell (?), showed me three different rooms. I appreciate the extra effort. We found a room that was perfect for us.”

“Oscar at the front desk was able to change my room from the ground floor, which I did not prefer, to a higher floor without any problem whatsoever. Very professional and courteous. Some places make it a problem. Oscar did not!”
