“Fantastic studio flat, really well laid out and really well equipped and in great condition. The kitchinette was really good with good range of cooking utensilsIt was spotless and it's in a great location, only a few minutes walk from the castle. Couldn't ask for anything better and I would definitely use them again.”

“The internet connection is unstable. Other than that, it’s great place to stay. Friendly and competent staff. Clean room. Great bar. The hotel is within talking distance to the Lancaster train station (ca. 13-15 min) and local bus stops (ca. 5 min.)”

“The staff slow as like a turtle, wait there already 30 minutes, but still need to wait for another 10 minutes. Every time I go to the reception, always have a long queue and just a few staff there and one of the staff is really SLOWWW , really can't understand why a hotel can have that slowly hospitality and even pride and prejudice”

“Lovely hotel, staff were excellent when checking in, very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was great, lots of choice, only thing that would’ve been a good edition was a wider selection of fruit. Parking is a definite benefit over other hotels in the area. The close proximity to the university and city centre were also a massive benefit. ”

“Really simple, self serve accommodation. Instructions were clear for check in and out and really nicely styled rooms. Lovely smell in lobby. Location a little dubious and could do with windows that opened but otherwise very reasonable but quality accommodation”

“We was a family of four staying at the hotel the staff were so friendly and couldn’t do enough for us ,the room was spacious and very clean the bathroom was enormous we had a a full English breakfast which was cooked to perfection so would definitely recommend this hotel ”
