“The breakfast is wonderful. But we don’t know why the staff didn’t tell us that we can choose two main courses each person. They didn’t inform the guests of this information. The room is not so big, but is clean. The equipment is convenient and modern in this hotel.”

“Everything was good, just because of it being located around a jungle, lots of mosquitos near the pool, but get a coil and they should be good, no phone in room, and no one at reception after 3 pm, so make sure you get your own coil or arrange it before 3 pm ”

“The family and staff who own and run this resort are absolutely incredible. The service and willingness to please is beyond compare. The food was some of the best we had after being in Indonesia for 2 weeks. If going to the zoo to ha e breakfast with the elephants and orangutans is on your list, this resort is convenient and very special. We would highly recommend and we have stayed all over Bali and the World. Well run place with people who genuinely care. ”

Everything - from the warmest hospitality to superb rooms, amenities and special arrangements was perfect. We had the Riverside Pool Villa and it was stunning! We tried out their Spa and felt super refreshed after. I even secretly worked with the hotel and staff to set up a candlelight dinner as a surprise for my wife……

“Really enjoyed our stay at Bumi Ubud, the staff is friendly and helpful and the location is excellent. Was nice to be out of the main area but still close enough that it was easily accessible especially with the free shuttle service offered at the resort. The resort property is beautiful, especially the pool area, loved our bungalow and every minute of our stay here. Will definitely book again if I am ever back in the Ubud area.”
