“This hotel and restaurant is an absolute gem. Every one and staff especially Logan and Shane were amazing. Hygge all around from the grounds, the room and the manor house. The property is beautiful. ”
“Enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere, cleanliness, friendly service and the excellent breakfasts.
For our personal preference we found the mattress and pillows were a little firm. ”
“A bit hard to find but this Inn was great. We loved our stay there. Our room was very nice. It was right next to the stream which provided some 'white noise' to block out any noisy pub activity (it can get a bit noisy on the weekends especially). The staff were amazing. The food was wonderful (especially breakfast). Prices were reasonable. If you are a guest there, the staff made sure a table was always reserved. Would thoroughly recommend without hesitation. ”
“Wonderful hotel in scenic Pitlochry. Our room was delightful and the bed was soooo comfortable. The breakfast room was beautiful. The sitting room off of the lobby was so warm and cozy with the fireplace burning. Great location. Breakfasts are all cooked to ordered. Excellent food but slow. We loved Pitlochary and hope to come back. ”
“The whole ambience was lovely. It truly is a hidden gem by the river. I cannot fault anything. The owners and the staff were welcoming and I wouldn’t hesitate to return”
“The property was very clean and everything in the room was lovely and clean and organised well. The breakfast was really good and had plenty to choose from.”
“The staff are the greatest asset. All friendly, helpful and smiling. The food at breakfast and dinner was exceptional. The room was huge - only negative was that it was a big too warm inside because the weather was sunny. No air con ( I don’t think). The grounds are gorgeous and views breathtaking. Extremely handy for Explorers Garden and Pitlochry theatre. Will definitely be back. Great facilities : gym, pool, hit tubs - lovely bar area too. ”
“Once over the threshold, it is both welcoming & engaging.
There is a real “ personal “ touch & the owners are so “ hands on”& this care filters down through all their Staff.
Alas, the weather was not in our favour, but the sun always shines inside the “ Inn on the Tay”!
will definitely revisit & highly recommend.
Thanks for a lovely experience!
Mark & Kirsten.”
“Made very welcome especially as we arrived early and were booked in straight away. Very nice house. Our double en suite room was also lovely. Breakfast was very nice with good choice”
“The hotel doesn’t have an elevator. I stayed on the first floor. Actually, there is a corridor between the first floor and the carpark with a few steps only. However, the receptionist didn’t told me about that. She simply told me to carry the luggages through the normal entrance and go up one floor “ONLY” . No help had been offered and she clearly knew I got a car. Nowadays, it is not usual asking the lady customers to carry the luggages going upstairs ”
“The saff were wonderful and welcoming!
Rooms very nice and clean! With all you need.
Excellent service from the breakfast staff! And our vegetarian breakfast was tasty and filling. There was also pleanty of options to choose from.
Only one thing i would say needs improvement are some furnishings are running the overall aesthetics due too large chps on the table and cubards.
We got to stay for two nights at a very good price!
We eally enjoyed our stay! And would definitely stay again. ”
“A lovely and comfortable family stay at the hotel. Great location but a bit further from the nearest town. The hotel was clean and staff was very friendly. Special thanks to the girls Renee, Van and Tabiytha for looking after the morning breakfast fabulously.
Food at the brownie Restaurant was nice , thanks to Telmo for a great service. It could do better at the Estate Room dining especially with the portions of the dishes being extremely small with respect to the prices.
Would love to visit……
“The property was nice and close to town with lots of shop and places to eat. The room was very warm and the windows didn’t open up very far so was quite stuffy for sleeping in, but everything else was good. The breakfast was very nice and the staff were friendly”
