“Staff didn't welcome me when I came in and I was the only one customer present. I waited around 5 mins to let him finished his stuff, then just gave me the room card, I had to ask "which floor and where's the elevator?". The room door was VERY noisy, especially in the very early morning. Couldn't sleep well because of the noise. The room was clean and new, but breakfast just okay. I booked 4 hotels from Expedia, this is the only one couldn't issue the receipt for me. Asked me to request……

“This home was beautifully appointed, it was perfect for us. There were 6 of us in the group and we had plenty of room. The yard was so inviting with so many comfortable spots to relax and catch up together. The hot tub was nice and clean. Excellent temperature. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were spotless. The kitchen and the upstairs balcony were so nice to gather and chat with our morning coffee. It was so gracious of the hosts to provide coffee pods and a few other essentials. The……
