“It was exactly as described in the listing and super close to Univ of Miami and Jackson Memorial Hospital. The location is conveniently close to Winn Dixie grocery store, and just a few miles from shopping centers. it had extra complementary personal items as well as cooking items. I was impressed by their commitment to going the extra mile with customer service. Also it was a very quiet area. ”

“This is a self service property which is fine as long as you are prepared for it (towels etc are in your room but if you would like restock or extras there is a station on the floor with supplies). Our toilet wasn’t working when we initially arrived but the hotel staff were very responsive and fixed the issue within minutes of us calling. The hotel was clean and located in a fun neighborhood with lots of amazing restaurants within walking distance. ”
