“I hate the parking situation at the hotel. However the bartenders were great. The room was clean.”

“In the area was good with just enough activity, not being super quiet or super loud. I had to switch my room once because of the condition of the table and couch. The couch in the new room was still stained. All of the furniture in the rooms which I saw needed to be shampooed.”

“We really enjoyed our short stay in Richmond. However, the hotel staff told us that we could get breakfast until 10am, and that it was to be included in our stay, but when we came down at about 9:15 we were told it ended at 9 on weekdays. The person with whom we spoke was not very understanding about the fact that we had been told 10am the night before. We then had to buy our breakfast and they were out of the first 2 things we asked for, a breakfast sandwich and a burrito. The staff was nice……

The room was very clean, very spacious, have all that we need for a short stay, staff friendly, elevators fast, fellow guests were very nice and respectful, area is safe, very close to where we needed to go.
