“I made a reservation without looking into the reviews. When I arrived and saw it from the outside, the area, the building, the curtains… it felt unsafe. Only then I looked at the reviews and ended up reserving at Holiday Inn Express which was just 10mins away. Just want to make clear that I did not even go inside.”

“The house is nothing special but the bed was comfortable to sleep in and it was in the location we needed to visit family. The kitchen smelled like something was rotting, I think the bins hadn't been disposed of properly before we arrived. There also weren't any towels even though the advert says there will be. It's an okay place to stay as long as you're not expecting luxury.”

“This was a cheap and basic room i booked for a quick overnight stay to break up a long drive home. It suited my needs just fine and i have no complaints for less than £40 The polite young lady who showed me to my room gave me all the necessary info and checked i was happy with the room. No food at the venue so i got a couple of things from local supermarket. ”
