“難忘的住宿經驗！從沒住過飯店人員水準這麼高的，從下車起門口的飯店人員就親切的打招呼幫忙提行李，辦理入住時櫃檯人員也是親切招呼解說，在這住了兩個晚上是我最難忘的飯店。房間很新，不算大，天花板很高沒有壓迫感。浴室和廁所分開，寬廣舒適。床頭設有Type-C的充電孔。飯店有個Lounge 有提供咖啡等給房客使用。來阿姆斯特丹這幾天風大雨大，本來壞了好心情，最後兩個晚上可說是讓整趟旅行有個非常完美的結尾。這家飯店的同仁親切感是前所未有的體驗，下次去阿姆斯特丹一定會再次入住。”

“El hostal es muy lindo y el personal super amable. No hay cocina, pero tienen una pequeña cafeteria y venden cafecito, te, sandwich, pan. Además muy amablemente me calentaron la pasta que me habia sobrado para cenar. El único pero que pondria es que al menos en mi habitación solo había 2 baños y 2 regaderas para 18 chicas. Nunca tuve un problema pero considero que es muy poco espacio para tantas personas sobre todo niñas.”

“I liked my stay at the Chasse Hotel Residency. The staff was great. Everyone was really nice and tried their best to make the guests feel welcome. The breakfast room was great. Breakfast was very good as well though it lacked a variety of vegan options. But I didn't ask for any. The hotel room was completely fine. I liked that there was a grocery shopping opportunity near the hotel. I'd recommend it. ”

“Location is not too bad, it takes around 15 minutes walk to the free ferry. Hotel looks new, however, house keeping is only so so, found carpet inside room is not thoroughly vacuum cleaned. Some reception staffs are helpful, but some staffs are not that efficient, need to wait some times for checking in even though there are not many customers in the line.”

"It is very difficult to find connecting rooms in the city, but this hotel has them. The staff are okay, and the room is extremely comfortable, especially the bed, which is exceptionally cozy. The view is beautiful, and the location is very convenient, right next to the Eurostar train station. There are no slippers, comb, shower cap, toothbrush, or similar amenities in the room. They do have shower gel, shampoo and a hair dryer. Overall, it is a very comfortable hotel."
