“My friends and I stayed at Marc's place for a long-weekend during our reunion and had a great time. The location was perfect for accessing events on the campus while giving us a bit more privacy for relaxing. Marc was incredibly communicative and even left drinks/snacks for us at the place. Also the place is very cute and the beds are so comfy! Will definitely come back when in New Haven. ”

“The unit was clean and perfectly spacious. Check in process was easy and the accommodations were great! The unit was conveniently located to the college and downtown. Communication with the management team was always quick, efficient and beyond helpful. Would highly recommend!”

“This apartment in a 4 unit building with its own parking lot was on a quiet street. Easy to get to no matter what side of the city I came from and close enough to walk to downtown (6 blocks) and half a block off the famous Little Italy street for food and cocktails and then brunch and coffee in walking distance in the mornings too. The unit had everything you need, fully stocked kitchen and bath, shared laundry. Great mattress and pillows! Easy keypad entry. I’d stay there over and over again!”

“We had nothing lacking in any amenities for this property. Its a slice of heaven on a quiet rural area and it was great to watch all the birds, babbling brook and animals. Have already had friends from out of state stating they are going to book this for their next vacation adventure.”

“My sister and I came to New Haven for the Cherry blossom Festival. I was presenting as I'm a wildlife educator specializing in birds of prey. My sister came from Florida.The festival was cancelled due to weather. But we still had an amazing time! Because of our adorable Flat smack dab in the middle of everything. We explored New Haven. “I stayed here for 2 months and it was great. It was clean, modern, and had everything needed for a long term stay. It’s very close to the water and I enjoyed going for runs around the area. Neighbors were quiet and friendly. The host was very responsive. I highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a place around New Haven.”
