“A great house to rent. Great location on coastal Madison. Near shops and restaurants.The house is in excellent clean condition. It is obvious that the kitchen and 3 bathrooms have been recently redone in upscale fashion. The location is very private with large manicured yard.Also impressive is all the supplies the host offers in the house. For example they do not skimp on household needs like laundry detergent, paper products of every type, cooking supplies, coffee pods, soap bars and……

“A nice long weekend beach getaway with family. House had everything we needed, was very clean and neat and everyone had their own space too. Our host was very responsive when I messaged him. Lots of places to shop and eat and the beach is super close! Thank you for a great place to stay for a really nice long weekend with my family. We will be back!”

“So the listing said house number 26 but it's really 25. So we circled the block a few times. Then the key was not in the key safe. Called the owner who apologized profusely. Had to wait a half hour for the key. Not ideal. Otherwise ok. ”

And the neighborhood/community is adorable, friendly, and low key. Being literally steps from the beach was beyond amazing, and being able to sit on the front patio and get the breeze/view was unmatched! Can’t wait to come back again! ”

“We were visiting friends so wanted to rent a place for our family (2 adults, 2 children). This property is ideally located just outside of New Haven, walking distance to the beach, easy parking, spacious and beautiful on the inside. The only hiccup was the owner forgot to include the door code and we did not realized this would prevent entry to the place until late at night when we were ready to check in on the first day. My only suggestion for future renters is to make sure the code is included……

“A group of us stayed there for a work trip and it was the perfect situation for us. The beds were SO comfortable! The decor was vibe! Supplies were plenty. Towels were top quality. The fire pit was so fun to use on our last night in town. Very close to a beach so we could dip our toes in the ocean.There is an airport runway behind the property but the noise wasn’t terrible. ”
