“The only issue we had was that I had booked a suite, bed with a sofa bed. When it was time for bed we went to set up the sofa couch, no bed, just a regular couch, we call down they were trying to charge us for a roll out bed. We fought to get moved into a different room since it is what I initially paid for.”
