“the property was at a beautiful location as described with the river as the backyard, nice and cozy cabin and the 2 hosts (Gary and Timmy) were friendly, responsive to our needs and available. We were in Cabin # 3 and we enjoyed our stay and it had a little back patio which overlooked the river and was perfect for relaxing. We hope to return again soon.”

“The house had everything we needed for our visit to Sequoia National Park. The area was nice, quiet and private. There was enough sleeping space for our group but the beds are very uncomfortable. The house definitely needs some work and updating. There was stickers on the sliding glass door, smiley face stickers on all the cabinets, part of the cabinet was broken off, sink in the bar area did not work and the upstairs of the house is unbelievably hot with no way to adjust the thermostat. “We came in July to visit Sequoia National Park. It was hot in Three Rivers when we were there-each day over 100 degrees. The house was comfortable despite that. The nearby town was cute and had some places to eat and shop. The park is spectacular. Appliances worked well. Insects not surprisingly sought refuge in the home.We would love to return-when the temperatures are a bit cooler. ”
