“Fabulouso!! Ruth was a lovely hostess, very warm and welcoming. This period property was very well maintained, cosy and decorated tastefully. Amazing bathroom, comfortable bed, Welsh cakes a very nice touch and a breakfast full of fine ingredients - down to the homemade marmalade which we bought a jar! We will most definitely return!”

“We needed a place to stay while visiting family and couldn’t have asked for a nicer place or more welcoming hosts! Comfortable and warm beds in a beautiful place (we stayed in the stable cottage) with everything thought of - we had tea and home made flapjack waiting for us in the room and more breakfast than we really needed but it was so delicious! “The Knighton Hotel is quiet and well-located. Unfortunately, they don't do meals, although they do have a coffee shop, which I didn’t try as I was out allday walking. The evening I arrived there was a leak through the inspection hatch in the ceiling of my room. When I reported it I was instantly moved to another and larger room (turned out the leak was coming from the shower in the room above). Good service there.
