“This was my first time visiting Breckenridge. The property is quite large with beach access. The house is well equipped with everything you need to be comfortable. Plenty of beds. Wrap around porch and upstairs balcony. Right on the water. Very clean and well put together. 2 bathrooms. Stacy was very helpful in instructions prior to checking in. You really don’t need to bring much when visiting this property, just whatever you plan on eating or drinking. Everything else is provided. Great job!”

“Loved our stay! It was hot but still fun. Maril and Rick were so responsive. Gave us and grandkids a tour of their place, fresh eggs and zucchini. The place was so clean. Ac worked great in the heat. Did not get to see any stars, clouds moved in. We will have to try and stay another time and when it’s cooler. ”
