“Good experience. Breakfast was tasty and offered a good variety. Even checked out the pool which has some repair work going on but was ok. Highly recommended this hotel. ”
“Very close to events we were attending. Bed comfortable. Breakfast had a nice assortment of items and attendant kept all foods supplied. Area was very clean. Staff was pleasant.
The accessible room would have worked better if it had a walk in shower not a tub. With a hand held shower head and a seat. Many handicapped people who use a wheelchair can not lift their leg over a tub.and need a shower seat because they can’t stand up for any length of time. ”
“Stay was great. The only thing I didn’t like was the guest laundry. The machines only took quarters $3.00 to wash $3.00 to dry which wasn’t not the problem, the inconvenience was that the hotel itself does not keep quarters for the convenience of guest laundry had to go to two different stores in order to get enough quarters to was and dry clothes other than that it was great!”
“I love staying here this was our third time, the only complaint I had this time I did find some old snacks and pieces of food on floor under the bed and couch area, it was not much but it’s something that I did not like. Not that any hotels offer this so it’s not a complaint but I wish places like here that have a pool would have life jackets to use in the pool area as I did forget my sons this time. I do recommend this place and will stay here again. ”

“A good place for its price point and very convenient to the PNC Pavilion. Check in was somewhat chaotic. The first person at the desk needed to call for backup. They said they charge a $25 down payment for non smoking rooms, which isn’t on the Hotels.com listing. Still, the people were pleasant. We weren’t expecting luxury. The room was clean with decent bed linens. The A/C worked, which was essential in 90+ degree heat. The bath towels were small and it would be good to have more than 2 in a……
