“The name of the cabin fits it perfectly! It is very private in the woods. The view of the forest cannot be beat. Check in was very easy and kitchen is well stocked. ”

The hot tub was fantastic, especially after a long hike, and it was cool watching Castle in the Sky in the middle of the woods. We were even visited by a Rosy Maple Moth in the middle of the movie, and I had never seen one of those in real life before! Definitely would stay again!”

“Had a wonderful stay at the Walden. Found the cabin to be neat and clean. Check in process was simple with lock box and code provided just prior to arrival. The location feels secluded although there are neighbors you can’t see them and rarely hear them. The private spot on the river is perfect for fishing, floating and wading. Can’t wait to go back. ”

“Very nice place. Cute cabin with lovely views. The fire pit are with a covered couch swing is great for evenings. If you are an early riser, there are nice sunrise views of the mountains. Enclosed property so you feel safe at night. We even dozed off one night on the swing looking at the stars. Hot tub was good and seemed well cared for. “We really enjoyed our stay. Our visit was during some extremely hot weather and the house stayed nice and cool despite the heat outside. The bed was comfortable, we really enjoyed the movie theater seat style couch and the kitchen was equipped with enough dishes, pots etc.The views from the deck were so beautiful - better than some of the views at the national park!
