“Very central location. Close to many shops. However, the area itself is noisy and the hotel is not as soundproof, I can hear the upstairs guests moving furnitures and the staircase is next to the rooms - I can hear very loudly every time the guests or someone is going up or down the stairs. There’s no lift in the hotel.. ”

Sie waren immer erreichbar, hilfsbereit, sehr familiär und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer wurden bei Bedarf gründlich und zuverlässig gereinigt, sodass es an Komfort nicht fehlte. Ich komme jederzeit gerne wieder und möchte mich herzlich beim gesamten Beyport Team für den Aufenthalt bedanken.”

“Wir waren bereits im Taxi vom Flughafen zur Unterkunft als wir eine E-Mail erhalten haben, dass unsere Zimmer garnicht gebucht worden sind wegen eines technischen Fehlers. Vor Ort bekanen wir unter diskusionen dann doch plötzlich unsere Zimmer. Beide Zimmer waren in einem schlechten Zustand. Die Böden waren voller Schmutz, das Bett hatte riesige Flecken auf der Bettwäsche und dem Überzug. Die Nasszellen würde ich ohne Schutzanzug nicht betreten. Die Türen liesen sich garnicht wirklich……

“Fantastic location near Galata and the port area. Getting the tram from nearby Tophane station was very convenient. They don’t clean your rooms but do replace towels, empty rubbish bins and restock toiletries (they did this twice during our 5 night stay)”
