“Another lovely stay at this beautiful hotel in the heart of historic Lincoln. A short walk from both the Castle and Cathedral. Lots of nice cafes and restaurants nearby. However, we had a delicious afternoon tea and breakfast in the hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were very welcoming. A wonderful stay and would highly recommend for anyone visiting the city. ”

“Our double room was ground level & small, the walls seemed paper thin as one could here the slightest noise from outside the door & the footsteps from the room above there were no shelves in bathroom to put toiletries out so it did feel a little cramped but we only stayed for 2 nights so no big deal the bed was really comfy & the room was very clean , we didn’t use any facilities as we were visiting family so ate & drank elsewhere ”

“ It seems that the staff are not used to greet guests good morning and the like. Also ,the restaurant is under renovation until end March, so reduced breakfast has to be served inside room. The environment outside the hotel is good,though, with many restaurants nearby.”

“The property is lovely. We had a look around when we got there and its spacious with plenty of storage. There was tea and sugar in the cupboards as well as a comprehensive welcome pack including a map and the menus of nearby takeaways. The beds are comfy, the sofa is comfy, the shower was good, theres also a downstairs bathroom whcih was great as we were 3 people. Would definitely stay here again.”

“離市中心一般，回酒店時要經過一條很斜很斜的路（Steep Hill），沒有自駕車極不便。 雖然有升降機到達3樓，但經濟房間那邊，仍然要經過約5至6級梯級，要搬運較重的行李箱極不便。 服務員，態度好。剛入住時，天氣非常熱，詢問要把風扇，第2天才有，已是幸運。”

“Stayed here for three nights at the beginning of April. The room was warm, comfortable and spacious. There was plenty of tea, coffee and hot chocolate available, as well as the usual kettle, and a fridge with real milk (as well as those plastic uht ones). The continental breakfast was available in the room and topped up daily, but with the added bonus of having a large kitchen available with toaster, kettle, microwave, oven and hob to cook and a large table to eat at.
