“We were pleasantly surprised by the peace and quiet at the site, in spite of busy North Shore traffic. We stayed in the Birdhouse cabin, which was small and cozy. It's a short walk to Lake Superior, and we enjoyed just sitting and watching the waves. However, the on-site restaurant is always crazy busy. We never got to eat there. We brought a cooler, and there was a small microwave and refrigerator in our cabin, but I wish we had brought more food with us. A lot of time was wasted finding a……
