“Super friendly staff, lovely clean rooms with plenty of mirrors and accessories. Coffee/tea facilities. Plenty of buses and trams taking you in and out of town centre within 10 mins - stops directly outside hotel. I personally loved the huge shower in the bathroom. ”

“Extremely good location, right in front of the cathedral. Great view at night. The hotel is quite ancient so looks old from details. Front desk can be a bit more helpful with needs from guests. Will try next time their rooftop pool which is closed during my stay in winter. Sad.”

"The room is clean but outdated. The slamming of doors a bit annoying. But the staff of level team work efficiently and whole -heartedly for arranging private transfer for my visit though my plan changes later.

"the room card didnt work when i got back to hotel. i can only get back to the lobby and find the staff. moreover, the wood tables are dirty and full of dust. I dont know why the staff didnt clean the room. i found that the new towels given by the staff are wet when i got back to hotel at 2100. "
