“Karma is located right in the middle if everything with the marina/beach right across the street. Do yourself a favor and pay for parking, it’s the best money you’ll spend as there are times where street parking is completely full. It was such a weight off my shoulders to know I didn’t have to worry about it. The staff was kind and helpful. “Inside the hotel, the property is clean, spacious and comfortable. The hosts are very attentive. The room was very comfortable. While there is a gated parking lot in the back, the street is on a steep hill, which requires a steep set of concrete stairs to get up and down to walk anywhere, including public transportation. It is very dirty and full of trash, which had obviously been there for weeks or months. Sidewalks are narrow and littered with dog poop in addition to litter. The building……
