“The property is well maintained for being an older house. Each room has unique character and charm. Beautifully decorated. The only issue I had was with the heating in my room. It was blowing cold air. Staff had to come to my room 3 different times to try to fix the problem. They were not successful because the room was either freezing cold or extremely hot. Eventually they moved me to a different room. ”

When we got to the house it was only 55 degrees and took 8 hours for the living room to be comfortable. We didnt even stay in the rooms because it was so cold. There was a used bar of soap and razor top cover in the bath. One of the rooms didnt have a door knob there was toilet paper in the hole. The vent in the kitchen had dust and cob webs all in it.
