“Our stay at the Rosemay was truly wonderful. It is clean, quiet, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay as nice as possible. The hotel itself is beautiful. The attention to detail is extraordinary from the Orwell library when you step in, to the cafe, to the rooms. The rooms include rain shower heads, heated towel racks and heated mirrors. “We spent 2 nights here. Reception staff is nice and friendly. The first night wasn’t very good cause our room was so close to the restaurant from ground floor. The restaurant played loud music until 2pm which made us didn’t sleep well. We’ve talked to the reception immediately but not much improvement about the noise. “It’s not bad but for the price is pretty plain; need an upgrade but the staff are friendly. Location is the best tho. ”

“We booked a two nights staying but they downgraded us to a smaller room and claim the one we’ve booked is not available. And my son have left his passport in the room safe and we called for assistance after we’ve checked out. Front desk staffs not responding with well and quick, just keep saying nothing found. It’s my bad to have left belongs not checked but expecting they can help.”
