“This house was excellent! The configuration of the layout was great for our family of 6. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, beach toys, bikes and extras throughout the house (books, games, puzzles etc.) The minor piece of feedback is that the thermostat continually reset to 75 and left the house feeling very warm- especially overnight. ”

“The home was true to the pictures and description. It was spacious and well stocked for any needs. The kitchen had everything needed to make meals at the house and the outdoor grill as well. The pool was clean and a good temperature with many pool toys. Beach towels, umbrellas and chairs were available and appreciated. Lucas was quick with responses to any questions and requests. A very attentive host and thought of all the amenities for a comfortable stay. We would not hesitate to book this……

“This home was one of the most well appointed places we have rented. They thought of everything. Beds were comfy and rooms were roomy. Plenty of amenities, towels, etc. There was even a fully stocked spice rack and cooking oils. We will definitely rent here again! The pool was in the sun the entire afternoon. The evening sunset was lovely over the trees. The owners are truly “Midwest Nice” by having there home complete with everything you need! Thank you!”

“We enjoyed our stay at this Cape Coral home. The inside of the home is new, clean, and very well decorated. We spent most of our time out by the pool area. The pool had a nice sun deck that my family enjoyed. I really liked the tiki hut complete with nice gas grill and bar fridge. Great visit to Florida.”

“The house itself was nice, but there is a lot of things that are missing to improve the stay. There is no umbrella by the pool, no hairdryer. It will be nice if there is a small cabinet or some chairs in the room so you can put your staff. The location itself is far from any beach accesses, not really much stores around or restaurants.”
