“We had a wonderful week at Villa Margarita! Our family enjoyed fishing off the dock out back and caught a variety of fish. We saw a dolphin on our last morning. The house was well stocked and made cooking at home all week very easy. The views made every evening peaceful whether it was under the lanai or out at the dock. Bonus was the amount of beach gear! There are so many places to shop, eat, and explore nearby. Couldn’t recommend this house enough!”

“Family-friendly, Clean, pool, views, amenities, fully equipped, beach accessories provided, location. A few things did not work but that’s to be expected with rental properties. The property as a whole is highly recommended. ”

“The house was very clean and had all the necessities. Loved the location - very quiet neighborhood and we rode our e-bikes every day. My only disappointment was the pool. It was 69 degrees and took about 5 days to heat it to 82. Cost of electricity was more than I expected!”

“The house is perfect plenty of space we didn’t even use 1 of the rooms. Outside space is just perfect size to keep everyone together and what an outlook over the lake. Just beautiful!!Captain Brian helped us out with the boat when we got there. What an absolute Gent nothing was to much trouble and he got us up to scratch on the boat and we was out exploring in no time. The boat is a real bonus for this house it was fantastic having it at our disposal whenever we wanted Will return next time we……

“Very nice location. Close to all restaurants and two marinas. The house has two living rooms which we utilized. The pool was great. The view to the lake was great. We also fished of the pier and had a Manatee come up to the pier. We will be back. ”
