“We enjoyed all the space and activities that were available at this location. Kayaking, swimming, games and outdoor spaces for the entire family.It was a vacation my family of 11 will remember for a lifetime!”

“12 days, 11 nights and we did not want to leave. We came from Buffalo and if you’re coming from the cold, this property is everything you want and more. We came for my husband’s 40th with a group of 7, ages 5-70. The pool pics do not do justice to how amazing it is, esp for littles! Benson was amazing to work book through and responded fast to all questions. Definitely want to come back and highly recommend this property.”

“My family and I had the best time. What a cozy coastal home. Kitchen was a dream to cook in. I loved having my coffee in the morning watching my son fish and my daughters in the pool! Sanibel is about an 35 min drive, best shells I have ever found. Mr Ice guy was so yummy for a cool treat at the end of the day. I love how there were things at the house I didn’t have to buy. Most rentals we find you have to literally get everything in this house had a few items waiting for you which was so……

“The house is perfect plenty of space we didn’t even use 1 of the rooms. Outside space is just perfect size to keep everyone together and what an outlook over the lake. Just beautiful!!Captain Brian helped us out with the boat when we got there. What an absolute Gent nothing was to much trouble and he got us up to scratch on the boat and we was out exploring in no time. The boat is a real bonus for this house it was fantastic having it at our disposal whenever we wanted Will return next time we……

“The house was very clean and had all the necessities. Loved the location - very quiet neighborhood and we rode our e-bikes every day. My only disappointment was the pool. It was 69 degrees and took about 5 days to heat it to 82. Cost of electricity was more than I expected!”

“Very nice location. Close to all restaurants and two marinas. The house has two living rooms which we utilized. The pool was great. The view to the lake was great. We also fished of the pier and had a Manatee come up to the pier. We will be back. ”
