“The hotel is clean, nice and comfortable. We arrived the hotel around 2PM in rainny Thursday. The reception inform the room are not ready. They insist we can check in after 4PM. So we need to take around with umbrella. But we found there are so many customers at that day. ”

“Our arrival at the front door coincided with the manager walking out to switch on the central heating. No introductions were offered or made which left us feeling rather underwhelmed.
