“Magnifique endroit. La combi spa dans un hôtel perché en montagne est un must absolu. Malheureusement j’ai eu des voisins très bruyants qui ont claqué des portes et coulisser les portes fenêtres tard le soir (après 22h), l' hotel n' est nullement responsable de cela. “Great view from the room and the cafeteria/restaurant. The mountain and the river behind are spectacular. The room itself is quite nice and big as well. However, the only public transportation to get to the hotel is by bus. Even it is only three minutes walk to downtown, still strongly recommend to rent a car if you would like to explore more in the neighborhood. The hotel has its own underground parking lot. So it is not a problem for parking.”

“Very nice hotel with rooms facing directly to the Douro River. Very good location from which to do boat or train rides or winery tours. Staff we were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable with a very nice balcony to sit on and looks over the river.”
