“We stayed at this property for four nights in a three bedroom suite ocean front. Our stay was everything we desired. The hotel is extremely clean, the staff are helpful and courteous, but the showstopper was suite. We did experience a slight issue with the air conditioner. However, once I called maintenance, Panda came within 20 minutes and completely rectified the issue! The location is walkable to many restaurants, strip activities and highlights. “Location to the beach was great. Beach was nice, never too crowded. The hot and cold knobs in the shower were marked incorrectly. The front bedroom had no circulation so was warm at night. Recommend having a floor fan available. Ceiling fan not enough. Overall a good place to stay.”

“The desk staff (Edna) was amazing! The location was great. There was construction noise that they warned about on the website, but it wasn't too bad. It was very quiet at night, wonderful! The free breakfast was delicious every morning. The room needed updating. The mattress was soft, lumby. The sheets were rough, worn. No blankets, a very thin bedspread. The glass part inside the microwave moved around as it turned. Overall, more pluses than minuses. Very reasonable and clean. ”

“It was a trip for our 16 month old grandson and it was the best vacation I've ever experienced coming to Myrtle Beach. The staff was kind and courteous always willing to assist without a moments hesitation. I love that all places we choose to go shop and eat were within 5-30 min drive. Definitely will be patronizing this resort in the near future! ”
