“Location is perfect, facing the sea and we need only 1 minute to walk to the beach. I visited in mid-May, when the hotel was undergoing maintenance which was unexpected and left me certain disappointments. However, the rest experiences were in contrast and exceeded my normal expectation to a hotel. “We stop in Llandudno fairly regularly but this is first time in this hotel. It is close to theatre where we were going to. Very friendly staff, breakfast great, don't do evening meal and no hotel parking. Room was ok but water was cold and radiator didn't work. Both problems sorted promptly.
