“There was no one working at the registration desk and I was unable to check in. I spent 1.5 hrs calling a number posted number in the office to check in. After 20 plus calls to multiple numbers I had to pay for other lodgings. Very poorly run! I would definitely not recommend!”

“We loved our stay in the Everett Suite! The room was as described- beds were comfortable and the linens smelled fresh! We were so appreciative that the host set up a pack and play for our daughter who was traveling with us - a kind gesture that was above and beyond! “We loved this property. Everything was just as listed. Jerry at the check in desk was very friendly and helpful. Our room was perfect for our family of 9. “Almost Heaven was a great home base for our family of eight vacation. The rooms all provided plenty of space as did the large wrap around deck... great for our little ones to play. The management group does a nice job with the linens, starter packs with the necessities packaged in a box for the bathrooms and kitchen and plenty of towels and paper products. The attraction coupons are nice to have if you see something you like. The refrigerator is missing some door shelves, and there is dust……
