“The place was fine. Location was quiet and the creek behind it helped with sleep. I did have what i was told, a bear sniffing around my motorcycle and left some paw prints on it. Got muddy prints but no scratches. ”

“This lodge was so conveniently locate to everything but gave the feeling of a remote mountain cabin. The staff was above courteous and extremely sociable. Breakfast was good and the amenities were excellent. I will definitely be back.”

“Pros: 1) room is pretty comfortable and clean. 2) Nice balcony and good river view. Cons: 1) Kind of noisy since it’s on the main street. 2) Be an early bird otherwise there will be a long line waiting for breakfast in the narrow room.”

“Excellent location, restaurant on one side and miniature golf on the other. Quiet. Nice rooms. It's a beautiful lodge and really liked the rustic decor. Stayed here before and no negative experiences other than I was told they had breakfast at 7:00, but for whatever reason, the lights were off and no one had prepared anything that I saw.”

“Had a really nice few days here. Some troubles with the access codes but the staff was very friendly in solving it. Rooms are very nice and very relaxing. And what a beautiful view from the balconies. Perfect way to end a day of sightseeing or hiking.”

“This is a great, off of the Main Street hideaway. It is old-school in character but very clean, well maintained, quaint and comfortable. It sits right along the creek with lovely outdoor seating as well as rockers on the porch. The rooms are small but have all that you need. The family that owns it take pride in its care. The price was very reasonable. It’s an easy 5 minute walk to the busy Gatlinburg strip and there is also a shuttle bus stop at the motel if you want to ride to any of the……

“Very nice !! One drawback is limited storage space for bedroom/ bathroom for personal items. An inexpensive improvement would be to add a second luggage rack in the closet for when 2 adults are sharing the bedroom !! OTHERWISE REALLY NICE Condominium for a short stay !!”
