“Let's start by saying the moment I made the "reservation" the money was taken. Arrived to quite a sketchy neighborhood. Pulled into the driveway with 5 other vehicles and a motorcycle parked helter skelter. There were no lights on. I got out and knock on the door to no answer or movement. Walked around the entire place which was a mishmash of scattered junk. Finally found the room number, opened the door to find someone asleep. By this point I was beyond irate and we left, still seeing no one……

“Place was very clean, a bit spartan, which you can tell by the photos. We enjoyed the great location in the River District and we walked to the restaurants and bars every night. We were glad to have parking, and our stay was enjoyable.”

“We escaped winter in the northern plains to celebrate our anniversary in Florida. We love to walk and explore communities. This property is short blocks from a happening downtown on the river, the Ford-Edison Estate, craft brewery, grocery store and fabulous breakfast restaurant. We kayaked with the manatees and walked the beaches and enjoy being us as a couple. The property could use some loving maintenance, we needed batteries to get the heating/AC unit to function, the outside area needed……

“My wife and I were down for 4 nights. This place had everything we needed. The only thing we could have used was an extra couple pillows and an extra blanket (it got cool at night!). Stephen got back to us quickly and we really enjoyed our stay. We’d definitely come back!”

Only slightly interesting part was the elevator. It’s older but worked like a charm. Would stay in the same spot again if I’m back there!”
