“From the apps end, I was told everything was ready. I was provided an address a passcode to get in and a Wi-Fi pass code. Upon arriving at the house, I was greeted by the owner, who told me that he had canceled the reservation. I had not received any cancellation and I showed him VBRO and the confirmation.
