“The staff at this hotel were exceptionally helpful in organising tours and transfers which worked out really well. They were helpful at all times and very responsive and informed. Staying at this hotel was a brilliant start to our stay in Central Asia. The hotel too is very nice and centrally located. Food at the bar was also really nice. ”

“I stayed for three nights at Bishkek Centrum and the hotel was perfectly fine. When I arrived they were suffering a power cut which apparently is not unheard of in Bishkek but I got into my room and registered later. I had a suite which was pretty good but by no means opulent. My room wasn’t cleaned one day but that was probably my fault as I didn’t hang the thing on the doorknob when i went out for the day. “Really nice hotel, big rooms, very cheap in the low season so I can’t complain too much. However, there’s a bar next door with loud music during the night. Fortunately I had ear plugs, but I know many people dont like to use them. If you are a light sleeper I’m sure you can let them know before you get there. The staff is very nice and speaks English, specially the girl from the front desk. ”
