“Lovely set of converted Row houses with updated amenities and bathrooms but keeping the older charm of each unit. There are inside parlor rooms with porches as well as outside smaller rooms rumoured to be the place Edgar Allen Poe wrote the Raven. Lovely seating areas inside and outside in courtyards with fountains, greenery and complete safety. Anabelle the Cat owns the entire place and intermingled with guests of her choosing. Staff is welcoming and helpful. Restaurant is closed but hopes to……

“Captain Ron is absolutely the most wonderful host. It is an older boat with a retro 70s style! That is where the charm is for me! Any issues with being an older boat are way out-weighed by the charm of the boat, the beautiful natural area and a wonderful and interesting host! Sitting on the front of that boat, looking out across the water, the rest of the world melts away! I would say if you are a larger sized person, you would have difficulty getting up and down the stairs to the different……

“My husband and I were in town to watch the Dave Matthews Band for 2 nights. When searching for a place to stay, location to the venue and good eateries were a must. We walked into our apartment and it was a whole vibe in itself. Beautiful hardwood floors, decor was top notch, spacious and clean - it was like I was a part of the band staying in my own little suite because it sits above a music store too. Our apartment overlooked Broad st. It was fun to people watch while enjoying a glass of wine……

“The house was very, very nice. The description of house, amenities, and pictures are very accurately. The rental was very clean and we didn’t want for anything. The property POC provided the ultimate in customer service and was available if needed. Their communication was on point and they were quick to respond. We were in town to celebrate a bird that and attend an event close to VCU. The rental was close to VCU and downtown. This is a lovely home and would definitely recommend to others and……
