Just a note that if you want to park on site you have to reserve, but there are plenty of other parking options nearby so it won’t be an issue either ways. “Location is good, all places of interest are in walking distance. Room is clean & quiet, the kitchen is fully equipped, high speed wifi. The gentleman who introduced our room, is very nice. The only negative point is: the hot water from shower is not stable, sometimes hot & sometimes cold.”

“It was like living in a heritage. The hotel has long history and the building is gorgeous! The room was spacious and the tools provided in the kitchen were complete. Washing machine and dryer were also equipped in the bathroom. Had a very pleasant stay here, will definitely choose the same hotel if I travel to Christchurch again.”
