“The property was in very good condition. The overhang area where you park to check in or load your vehicle needs to be completed. When it rains you have to wait to check in or load. No ice bucket in room, Do Not Disturb signs, and no basic pen or pads. The staff is outstanding, good parking area, and very safe.”
"The route to the room was confusing and there was no clear guidance. Many guests, like us, kept getting lost and taking the wrong paths over and over again.
The front desk service was excellent. The interior of the hotel rooms, the swimming pool facilities, the bar, etc. all met the standards of a four-star hotel. However, the toilet in the room was not much different from that in a motel. It was rather simple and it seemed that the hotel had run out of funds when it came to decorating the toilets in the rooms."
