“Situated close to a number of shops and a large grocery store makes this a very convenient location. The resort itself is attractive and well maintained. Nicely appointed and clean rooms, including a handy kitchenette makes for a comfortable stay. The views from the beach facing rooms are spectacular. Last but not least, a special shout out for the wonderful staff! They were professional, courteous and attentive to guests needs. I can happily recommend this resort for a relaxing vacay.”

“The Rock House is a stunning and exclusive vacation property. That has stunning views of the Atlantic with crystal clear water with a limited beach front. Interior furnishings are not up to a 5 star level and the Bed Mattress was atrocious. Do not know the make but it felt as if it was a covered box spring with a plastic mattress cover. It crunched and crack with every move. A real plus was the kitchenette with a small Sub Zero Frig, Miele cooktop & Bosch Dishwasher. A small laundry room had a……

“Perfectly located in the center of Grace Bay, Villa Renaissance checked all the boxes for us. Like many "resorts" there, Villa Renaissance condos are privately owned. Ours was a two bedroom with a garden view (Unit 604). The unit was exceptionally clean with staff coming everyday to keep it that way. Tons of towels, well equipped kitchen, coffee on hand, etc. made it incredibly convenient. Beds were very comfortable with great pillows. Good closet space with even robes being supplied. ……

“My flight was delayed, so i found this hotel o stay for the night. I didnt have time explore the area. I brleive there was no dining place inside. I was told there are few outside of the hotel 10 & 20 minute walk. Didnt try. ”

“Great beach, sand and water (world class)! Great staff… Nice pools and the food was as good as anyone would need. There were certainly better restaurants on the island but they had enough in the menu to get you through the week. - Would have been nice if they mentioned a hotel was being built next door and I would have to listen to construction my entire vacation. It wasn’t terrible but they should have mentioned it at booking. ”

“Lugar extremamente novo. Inaugurado há apenas 2 meses. Tudo com muito bom gosto e pessoas sempre prontas a ajudar e servir. O lugar é extraordinário mas fica longe de tudo e os táxis são muito caros e cobram por pessoa e não por distância. Optamos por alugar um barco, fazer uma boa compra de supermercado, cozinhar em 2 noites e nas outras, comer no hotel. Local ideal para descansar. Praia maravilhosa. ”

“Property manager Lisa was terrific, answering all our questions in a timely manner. Condo was comfortable but the two chairs in living room could use attention. The sofa was comfortable but good use a good cleaning. The kitchen was well equipped but one frying pan definitely needs replacing. Overall my wife and I loved the property. The beach was private and kayaks, boards etc for use was great and swimming pool was very nice. We had several days not leaving and just enjoying relaxing by pool……
