“Amazing property in every way!”

“Just completed a 5-night stay here. The condo is very spacious for a family of 5-6 and located in a gated community. The location is prime and located next to 5 star resorts including the Waldorf and Ritz Carlton. We were able to explore the nearby beaches in Laguna, Newport, and even made a day trip to Universal. Has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Even enjoyed the games available for a game night. Highly recommend a stay here!”

“We had a great stay overall. This property is located in a great location, half a block from the beach and within close walking distance to shops, restaurants, and Balboa Park. It is small, but suited our family well with bunkbeds for the children, and a large master suite. The carport is extremely small, but we were thankful to have a designated space to park in. The management company requires quite a bit of information upfront, but was very easy to work with and available to answer questions.……

“Fantastic location. Home was filthy. Kitchen Light and fan not working, shower door in bathroom falls off. Home was hot no ventilation ”

“Building exterior has deferred maintenance and is not exciting on approach. Only 1 parking place was tough - but not terrible. A few little things, but overall the home was great for what we needed - close to Disneyland and room for family. Beds were comfy and it was quiet.”

“This was the perfect spot for our group of 6. It had everything we needed. 2 bedrooms that are very comfortable. Spacious living room with couches and TV. Kitchen with everything we needed if we had cooked. Close to all the beaches we wanted to see. Close to stadium and to Disneyland. This was the perfect spot for us. The pool looked very nice. We didn't have time to swim.”

“The location of the property is great, but the photos are a little bit misleading as the condition of the property has changed since it’s been photographed. There was cat hair all over the chairs outside. The listing boasts that there is a washer and dryer but they don’t provide laundry pods or dryer sheets. The local grocery store sells them of course but in a huge quantity. We spent 5000 for three nights and was disappointed that they couldn’t provide laundry pods, especially when we called……

“We thought the condo was a very clean place to stay. We didn't spend a lot of time at the condo. We'd love to see a chain on the front door. ”

“The home was a bit dated but comfortable and had everything you need. It is in a great location, just steps to the beach (120 steps to be exact, lol). There were a few minor inconveniences, the light in the dining room didn't work. And several of the outlets wouldnt work but we managed. Would absolutely stay here agsi !”

“Such a great location and property. Everything you could want for a location in so cal close to Disneyland. The walk to the park is not too bad. Our kids adored the bunk beds. All the beds are super comfortable. Check out instructions are clear and easy. The owner was super nice and responsive. Highly highly recommend ”

“Perfect location - easy access to beach. Lots of space in home for our larger family. Parking garage bigger than anticipated (able to park a mini van). Clean, comfortable. Would recommend! ”
