“The staff were very kind and helpful. The water from the shower and sink had a strange smell, but otherwise the room was very nice and cleanly. Would definitely stay here again! ”

“Very basic hotel. Basic amenities. Parking is tight. Beds are comfortable. Our exhaust fan was pouring water at certain times. They just checked it and said it would stop in a minute. I just layed towels in the floor to catch the water. Overall though the location cant be beat. ”

“Not exactly on the beach and limited views. Place was fine but little disappointed in location and views. Staff recommended great restaurant. Would stay there again but call and get description of view from room. Some are better than others. ”

“I greatly enjoyed my time here and wish I’d had more time to enjoy the inn itself. There are two upstairs “porches”, one with a hammock and the other with rockers. The breakfast is scrumptious and thoughtfully prepared. The inn keeper is friendly, well versed in local and world history, very helpful and responsive to guest requests and needs. The location is great- a couple minutes walk and you’re on a gorgeous stretch of beach looking at the Atlantic. The inn keeper even had coffee ready for me……

“This was our first stay on Tybee, and the Tybee Island Inn was a perfect choice! Inn was beautiful and the owners and their family were wonderful! The location was perfect for us, and we were able to walk to many things we wanted to see and do, including the beach!! Breakfast each day was freshly prepared and delicious! We had a hard time leaving and loved it so much we wanted to stay longer!!”
