“The staff was very pleasant and genuine. I used to work at a hotel front desk and I know how difficult it can be at times if reservations come in through a 3rd party. The lady who checked me in was new and so pleasant and so friendly to my dog. The housekeeping and breakfast staff were pleasant and always said hello or good morning. The checkout lady was very cheerful and genuine. I will stay here again!”
