My negative coments revolve around the bathroom. The bathroom stool is very low, exactly like ones used in elementary schools. I know this because I used to teach elementary school. Please invest in 'comfort height' stools. And, because you put the lowest height stool in the bathroom, an ADA bathroom-assist bar would……

“Staff didn't welcome me when I came in and I was the only one customer present. I waited around 5 mins to let him finished his stuff, then just gave me the room card, I had to ask "which floor and where's the elevator?". The room door was VERY noisy, especially in the very early morning. Couldn't sleep well because of the noise. The room was clean and new, but breakfast just okay. I booked 4 hotels from Expedia, this is the only one couldn't issue the receipt for me. Asked me to request……

“The room was comfortable, A/C was very effective. Bathroom was large and shower was very nice. The only issue we had was there was a funky aroma in the room. Like smokers had spent a weekend there and an attempt was made to cover the smell with chemicals. And the windows do not open, so we could not let fresh air in. The breakfast was as expected....adequate but not great. We found plenty to keep us satisfied. Good coffee. Parking was easy and plentiful, and it was convenient to get to from……

“Great stay, beautiful area. Room clean and sunny. Closet and clothes smelled bad of cigarette smoke. Food services seemed lacking so walked to local restaurants. Overhead planes were not that noticeable.”
