"Bisma Eight was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. It’s not the “fanciest” hotel out there but not only does it meet every need that one can possibly think of (eg hot tub for unwinding after a long day, delicious homemade welcome drinks, early check in), but the staff goes above and beyond to make your stay memorable (every one of them knows your name by heart). Nothing was ever too much for them. Breakfast was amazing, appreciated that it was a la carte instead of buffet style. The green juices, eggs Benedict and fried bananas were otherworldly. Coffee was great. The complimentary yoga class was just the right mix of relaxation and difficulty. I just wish I spent more time to take more of their complimentary classes which include mocktail making and cooking classes. Did I mention the complimentary photo taking session as well?? And the free massage at the villa spa? The infinity pool, while small, was well kept and spotless, the temperature was just right and there was no smell of chlorine. The view of the tropical Forrest was unbeatable. The room was modern and Balinese at the same time, and the turn down service was extremely personal. The balcony offered an amazing view of the Forrest. I’ve stayed at other five star hotels in Bali and around the world but trust me this is one of the best! Would definitely come back for a return visit."
