“The VEAT staff and owners were extremely helpful to me during my stay there. The hotel is in a great location - easy walking distance to the waterfront and restaurants. It was very clean and quiet, and I think it's the perfect place to stay in Puerto Natales. The restaurant next door is owned by the same family that runs the VEAT and is excellent!”

“Wow, what a great little hotel. Amazing views from the room, a very comfortable bed, and great water pressure in the shower. The included breakfast was simple but exactly what we needed with very helpful staff. My wife and I ran the Patagonia International Marathon and this was right next to the official race hotel so it was very convenient. Also, it was very close to shopping and plenty of restaurants. It was also a reasonable distance from the national park. We drove each day to Torres Del……

“網上評級非常高，感到有點中伏！閘門關上，又沒有門鈴，想打電話搵人，擾攘一陣，職員來開門，仲覺得點解自己唔伸手入閘開門！房間在一樓要行樓梯！房間偏細、沒有景觀可言！有一陣濃濃怪味（事後，我估當地清潔劑/spray…. 因為之間改住另一間，亦有少少類似怪味）早餐6點開始，方便去百內國家公園或join local tour. ”

“We feel so lucky to have stayed at the Loft before and after we did the W trek. Maca is incredibly accommodating and easy to reach. We got to store or our luggage multiple times and Maca took great care of us for giving us many options and recommendations to make our trip easier. The room is spotless clean, bed and linen are very comfortable, and the view is simply jaw dropping. We loved watching the sunsets and hope to come back one day. ”

“Amazing service! We had booked a shuttle to take us to the airport and they forgot about us. When I told the front desk they called and complained on our behalf and got our taxi fare covered by the company. Above and Beyond! Besides that, great homey breakfast, luggage storage, comfy bed and hot shower. Was worried it might be noisy, but not at all. There's also a shared space to leave/take supplies for your trek, including stove fuel.”

“Lee and his wife made our stay here incredible. They were so kind and gave excellent recommendations for shops and restaurants in town. They made the entire process smooth including the airport to hotel transfer, check in, helping coordinate taxis for us, gave advice for our hiking in Torres del Paine and provided wonderful breakfast and amenities. They truly gave us peace of mind on our trip that we were going to be taken care of! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! ”
