“My stay was amazing !! The hotel is beautiful, the staff was very nice and friendly and there’s even security at night time to make sure everyone coming in and going out is safe ! My room was clean, I did find a makeup spot on my bathroom counter but I just wiped it up no biggie, my sheets and pillows were clean (bed was a little on the harder side) and parking was not a problem! There is 2 different parking garages to choose from and so many different things to do and restaurants to eat from in……

“Upon arriving we were greeted by a not so friendly staff member who clearly didn’t want to be bothered and then I was hit with a fee I was not expected as well as told that I had to pay it all on my card and couldn’t split the payment with the person who was accompanying me and not with a nice tone either. Upon getting to the room it was hot, we eventually got the thermostat to work however when we left and came back it was hot again, after calling down they told me that it was because it could……

“Beautiful grounds and decor!! Very rich and royal feeling staying here and we didn’t get to see everything because of time constraints. Will definitely book again!!!”

“Overall good experience. It was just a 1 night stay for my family of 6. Room was almost 80 degrees when we first got in there but was able to cool down. Odor present when you walked in. Not sure if we just got used to it or if it was just at the entrance of room.power flickered as we were leaving but not in the control of the hotel. Continental breakfast was a plus and was edible.”
