“It’s a bit sketchy but it’s a cheap motel so that’s expected. Other than that, the stay was wonderful and the room was nice and clean. The staff was very nice and accommodating. ”

“Very last minute booking. Got a good price. Room had all the essentials. Shower would not stop dripping but otherwise everything fine. Very friendly check in/out process and a decent continental breakfast to set me on my way for the day”

“At first I feared a little for my personal safety and my property. The area is run down and has some poverty issues. Overall my room was nice and nothing happened. I never had an incident where myself of my vehicle was in danger. The staff was friendly and the longer term people living there were friendly. ”

“The staff there were so kind. They were patient for us having a late check out without feeling like we were being hounded. The bed was comfortable and TV was big. Clean room also. ”

“Check in was smooth and the lady was very knowledgeable and helpful in answering my questions. My room didn’t have a blow dryer and I had to call 3 times before someone brought one to me. I had an appointment and was on a time schedule so this was not a good thing. The number to housekeeping directly was not being answered. That’s my only complaint. Everything else was good. ”

“Nice hotel. Room was extra large. Bed was very comfortable. Carpets looked a bit on the older side, maybe they weren’t but they wanted that look due to nature of hotel decor. Anyway it would not deter me from staying there. Very convenient to get into events at Civic Center. There’s a walkway from the hotel directly into facility. I would definitely recommend this hotel.”
